p.s.  Just to clarify–this is a picture of my BELLY, not my BUM.  Of all people, I would have thought that Bryan would know the difference.  Apparently not. 🙂

Being pregnant is the HARDEST thing EVER! By my 3rd pregnancy I had embraced the fact that I don’t like being pregnant. Yes, I love feeling the baby move (but, seriously, not ALL the time), and I was VERY glad I could have children, but I just felt like CRUD! I realized it was OK to hate being pregnant and to admit it to people. I actually think it’s a testament to how much I wanted Noah and Emma, that I was willing to be pregnant so that I could have them! Goodness knows I’m not ready to face it again (yet?). Hang in there! You’ll make it! 🙂

Pregnancy IS hard. This is only my second time around but I fight so many emotional battles over the changes in my body (and how I seem to be going crazy with all these stupid hormones!). If it makes you feel any better, I think you look great. I think that we are hardest on ourselves.

Lori, just remember that you are beautiful!! Pregnant or not, big or little, tired or energetic(as if you really ever get that way at this point!) If you’ve forgotten today, this is just a friendly reminder! You are BEAUTIFUL, and you are LOVED! Happy Mother’s Day!

To be honest, I really didn’t like being pregnant, but I’m thankful for my little baby boy. Many women feel great when they are pregnant, many look great, and many love pregnancy. It’s hard to not compare how you feel emotionally and physically with other women. . .a constant life battle for women. Good luck with your pregnancy. You already know it’s all worth it.
